You should always ask a removal company for the exact wording of its goods-in-transit insurance, including the cover limit, excess and exclusions. We provide ours with every quote.

Yes. We can deliver boxes, wardrobe cartons, tape and packing paper ahead of the move, or pack for you with our packing service.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes, desks and most flat-pack items are taken apart, protected, and rebuilt at your new home.

Yes. We run planned city-to-city routes across the UK, with a fixed price, a clear delivery window and storage-in-transit if your dates change.

Tell us as soon as you know. We can often rearrange the date, and storage is available if the keys are not ready.

For safety and legal reasons we cannot carry hazardous or flammable materials (such as gas bottles, fuel, paint thinners or fireworks), perishable food, or illegal items. Ask us about anything unusual.

Someone should be present at the pick-up to show the crew what moves, and at the delivery to direct placement. If you cannot be at both, tell us in advance and we will make a plan.
